O PROJEKTU

Opći cilj projekta je doprinijeti sistematizaciji postojećih i kreiranju novih znanstveno utemeljenih spoznaja o etiološkim, fenomenološkim i intervencijskim aspektima rizika socijalne isključenosti djece rane i predškolske dobi, kao temeljima planiranja, razvoja i evaluacije učinkovitosti odgojno-obrazovnih metoda, strategija i programa usmjerenih obiteljima i djeci rane i predškolske dobi. Realizacija ovog cilja pretpostavka je daljnjeg osnaživanja ustanova RiPOO u ostvarivanju razvojnih prava djece izložene riziku socijalne isključenosti jer njegovi specifični ciljevi obuhvaćaju:

analizu etioloških i fenomenoloških aspekata rizika socijalne isključenosti djece rane i predškolske dobi uključene u ustanove RiPOO u Hrvatskoj

utvrđivanje udjela djece izložene riziku socijalne isključenosti među korisnicima RIPOO u RH, s obzirom na njihov udio u populaciji

analizu kvalitete pedagoške prakse stručnih djelatnika u ustanovama RiPOO, s obzirom na kompetencije za prepoznavanje i primjeren odgovor na potrebe djece izložene riziku socijalne isključenosti

analizu dostupnih mjera potpore obiteljima i djeci izloženoj riziku socijalne isključenosti

utvrđivanje prepreka, uskog grla i mogućnosti (prilika) koje ograničavaju ili podržavaju pristupačnost kvalitetnog RiPOO djeci izloženoj riziku socijalne isključenosti.

The main objective of the project is to contribute to the systematisation of current and development of new scientifically based findings regarding etiological, phenomenological and intervention aspects of risks of social exclusion within children in early and preschool years, each creating a foundation of planning, developing and evaluating the effectiveness of educational methods, strategies and programmes aimed at families and children in their early and preschool years. The realization of this objective is an important precondition to further empowerment of ECEC institutions in fulfilling developmental rights of children at risk of social exclusion, since its specific goals consist of:

analysing etiological and phenomenological aspects of risks of social exclusion of children in early and preschool years within ECEC users in Croatia

establishing the proportion of children at risk of social exclusion, regarding their proportion in the population

quality analysis of educational practices of ECEC employees, regarding competences to recognize and appropriately respond to the needs of children at risk of social exclusion

analysing of available measures of educational support and professional treatment for families and children at risk of social exclusion, including: data analysis regarding the type, forms and contents of support measures, support measures availability comparison at the ECEC institution level and at the level of the local community, quality and quantity analysis regarding success indicators of selected measures and evaluation of selected measures of support

establishing obstacles, bottlenecks and possibilities (opportunities) that limit or support availability of a quality ECEC for children at risk of social exclusion.
